ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

By using this Website, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted by a JAMS arbitrator, and judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, until an arbitrator can determine the matter

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

All parties agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall not have authority to consolidate claims or to preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

While it may be possible for international visitors to access this Website, international access is not encouraged, and we make no representation the Website or its content is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions.
